This website and the EyeCatcher Pro editing software are provided by Klarbyte LLC, Sharjah Media City (Shams) Free Zone, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you use the software or buy a subscription. Questions: [email protected].
We grant your studio a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the editor on the number of devices included in your plan, for as long as your subscription is active. The software remains our property. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or bypass the licence checks. The images you create are yours.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; the subscription then stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew. Price changes are announced in advance and apply from the next billing period.
Bundles include our 30-day Onboarding Guarantee: if you complete the included live onboarding sessions and are still not confident operating the system, we refund the software portion. Otherwise, software payments are not refundable except where the law requires it. If you were charged in error, contact us and we will put it right.
The EyeCatcher Pro camera is sold under the terms of your individual quote, including delivery, warranty and payment terms.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law where you are based says otherwise.
